No! This is your business and your customers are YOURS. Of course, if a customer purchases through Amazon, all customer information belongs to Amazon, but any sales that come directly through your website would be yours.
The simple answer is YES! Also, the HoneyComm software is so advanced that it knows what products can be sold in what countries and what documentation to include.
Shipping from an Amazon or local warehouse would be faster, however, it forces you to have to order all of the inventory upfronts first instead of this on-demand model.
This is correct on the approximate shipping times, unfortunately, that wouldn’t change even if you had a USA-based LLC as your clients are still in the UK.
However, it’s a great way to get started with your brand-testing before you commit to any inventory positions and you can even run that brand-testing with your split-tests in marketing because you can change your label designs on the product to see what works and what doesn’t work.
We are working on an estimate of the cost for the UK. It would be $10-$20 range for under 2 lbs. with our new rate structure with FedEx.
It really depends on you. As Manuel mentioned, there are many strategies to promote a brand. We advise not to use a third party generic site as it will slow you down. The optimization process has already been done in our stores and your time can be better invested in growing your brand rather than debugging a store and its product pages. Dropshipping is a process where your products are shipped directly from a fulfillment center when they are purchased by your customer. This allows you to forego keeping inventory that you would ship yourself after a purchase.

Returns in this industry are tricky… can it be done? Yes. Is it advised? Not really. What we recommend is having an excellent guarantee and refund policy in order to gain customer confidence. From there, in most cases you would look at refunding the customer. Why? Mainly, with consumables there is no guarantee that the product could be returned and resold in the first place. There are also costs associated with a return, shipping (the customer or business owner) as well as a restocking fee. The restocking fee would come into play if the products were not opened or tampered with in any way. Due to all of this, you are best off refunding the customer, using the situation to improve your customer’s experience, moving on, and considering it the cost of doing business.
Am I limited to only 30 products forever?
No. Once you’ve reached a level of success where you’re ready to go beyond 30 products we will help you upgrade your HoneyComm plan. You will always get access to new products that are being released to grow your brand. Keep in mind, it doesn’t take a massive amount of products to be successful. As an example, Manuel’s company (NaturalSlim) only has 32 products after 14 years in business and millions and millions of dollars in sales.
If you have no online-presence at all, you’ll have to integrate a few strategies to get that going.
