What is Honeycomm?
Honeycomm is a platform that allows you to to brand and sell your own consumable products like Supplements, Pet, Skin Care, Sports Nutrition and more with fully customized labels without investing in inventory upfront.
That means no pre-buying of labels, no inventory, no minimum orders and no design limitations. Upload your design to Honeycomm and we’ll dropship it when you make a sale.
How do I know if the products are quality?
All of our products are manufactured in an FDA registered and GMP certified facility in the USA. In our product catalog, you will also see that each product has an associated Certificate of Analysis (COA’s) – we also provide 3rd Party COA’s as well to ensure product quality. Additional to the final tested product, all of the raw materials are tested prior to encapsulation or tableting. In plain English, we use the highest quality ingredients we can find while keeping your profit margins high.
What support and guidance are provided?
We have several options for helping you with both our platform and your business. You’ll have access to our chat or email options to connect with our member support team. Honeycomm members get exclusive access to our Hive Community where they can connect with other members with similar interests, get step by step tutorials, as well as access to industry experts.
How many products can I private label with each package?
All 3 packages allow you to private label up to 30 different products.
Have all of the products already been approved by Amazon?
Yes! They have all been sold on Amazon. The only difference is that your own products will have YOUR branding.
Will HoneyComm or AGM be able to contact my customers?
No! This is your business and your customers are YOURS. Of course, if a customer purchases through Amazon, all customer information belongs to Amazon, but any sales that come directly through your website would be yours.
Is this available internationally?
The simple answer is YES! Also, the HoneyComm software is so advanced that it knows what products can be sold in what countries and what documentation to include.
There's a problem for me as it would be quicker for people there to order from a UK site or FBA?
Shipping from an Amazon or local warehouse would be faster, however, it forces you to have to order all of the inventory upfronts first instead of this on-demand model.
My customers in the UK would have to wait probably 2 weeks for their order to arrive using this rather than ordering from a UK site?
This is correct on the approximate shipping times, unfortunately, that wouldn’t change even if you had a USA-based LLC as your clients are still in the UK.
However, it’s a great way to get started with your brand-testing before you commit to any inventory positions and you can even run that brand-testing with your split-tests in marketing because you can change your label designs on the product to see what works and what doesn’t work.
What is the shipping cost from the US to the EU for Vitamin Bottle?
We are working on an estimate of the cost for the UK. It would be $10-$20 range for under 2 lbs. with our new rate structure with FedEx.
How much do I have to spend or invest on paid advertising?
It really depends on you. As Manuel mentioned, there are many strategies to promote a brand. If you already have attention, an existing brand, or you’re a good marketer, you may be able to grow faster before having to spend money on paid ads. Whichever strategy you want to use, we will help you with that. We will give you best practices, strategies & processes in the Hive. You will also have access to the Hive community for assistance.
If I start from the Basic Package can I switch after to the highest?

What about liability about the quality of the products?
Quality is the driving force of everything that we do. We have an intense coordinated management system.
Our Quality Control Department & Quality Control Director, everything is done in CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) Certified, SOPs with FDA and all manufacturing standards are there.
Liability insurance on the products.
If I know how to build website can I include all 30 products in there?
Yes, we will do the label for the first 3 products. But for the 27 remaining, you will create for your own label using the editable AI files we provide to you.
Keep in mind, the provided websites in the Legacy and Dynasty plans are built to convert supplement buyers. They are designed to create upsell opportunities for maximum order value.
We advise not to use a third party generic site as it will slow you down. The optimization process has already been done in our stores and your time can be better invested in growing your brand rather than debugging a store and its product pages. Will my annual renewal be at the same price?
The Basic Package annual renewal will include the software service and Hive community access which we call our growth plan. You can also take advantage of another tier at that time if you are ready.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
For those that take action, there is a 90-day money back guarantee. We set up the program for your success and ask that you apply the systems and strategies provided. We understand that building a supplement brand requires a level of commitment and attention. If you find that to be successful, you need more help, consider the Legacy and Dynasty packages.
If you don't have any web presence already, how long do you think it would take to become profitable?
This is a long-term process. The program is designed to help you build a supplement brand but it will take work on your part. There will be marketing training in the Hive that can be implemented. The only limit to the speed of success will be your effort and creativity.
What is Dropshipping?
Dropshipping is a process where your products are shipped directly from a fulfillment center when they are purchased by your customer. This allows you to forego keeping inventory that you would ship yourself after a purchase.
What products are available on HoneyComm?

How do I handle returns?
Returns in this industry are tricky… can it be done? Yes. Is it advised? Not really. What we recommend is having an excellent guarantee and refund policy in order to gain customer confidence. From there, in most cases you would look at refunding the customer. Why? Mainly, with consumables there is no guarantee that the product could be returned and resold in the first place. There are also costs associated with a return, shipping (the customer or business owner) as well as a restocking fee. The restocking fee would come into play if the products were not opened or tampered with in any way. Due to all of this, you are best off refunding the customer, using the situation to improve your customer’s experience, moving on, and considering it the cost of doing business.
Am I limited to only 30 products forever?
No. Once you’ve reached a level of success where you’re ready to go beyond 30 products we will help you upgrade your HoneyComm plan. You will always get access to new products that are being released to grow your brand. Keep in mind, it doesn’t take a massive amount of products to be successful. As an example, Manuel’s company (NaturalSlim) only has 32 products after 14 years in business and millions and millions of dollars in sales.
What if I have no online presence? How long would it take to become profitable?
If you have no online-presence at all, you’ll have to integrate a few strategies to get that going. With that said, we will help guide you through how to do this (Note: Some packages include more guidance than others). Keep in mind that, like most businesses, this is a long-term game and true success is never an overnight thing!
If my products are listed on Amazon, will they be FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) or FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant)?
They will be FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant). Basically, Amazon is connected to Shopify, and Shopify is connected to HoneyComm.
I’m not located in the US, but I would like to sell in the US.
Yes! You can be of an international business and sell products in the US, and that’s fine, or set up a US company and sell in the US.
Anybody can ship anywhere. We have a new relationship with FedEx they added additional services.
Note: There are variations based on selling products. The Honeycomm program will give you limitation per product. It will tell you if you can ship it to a specific country.
Is Honeycomm available to distribute in the UK & other countries?
Yes. Shipping is available to any country. Shipment is coming from the US.
Once it's set-up, how do we create orders?
Orders come to your website and they will automatically be created. They’re all software-driven.
If they list on Amazon, it is FBM or FBA?
It is FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant).
Amazon is connected to Shopify, then Shopify is connected to Honeycomm.
Can you sell through YouTube using a link without having a website?
NO. You will need a website to process the orders and integrate with the honeycomm software.
Is there any contract I have to sign with Honeycomm?
Yes. An agreement that we are committing to you and that we have deliverables that we have to give you.
Can we create and sell brand label in different languages?
Yes, the team will do label reviews in English for compliance with FDA and FTC to make sure you are not making promises you can’t keep outside the function of the product.
Can we sell our other supplements through the same store?
Yes, you can combine the Honeycomm products with your current product line.
What is the approximate time commitment required for this?
